Central Training, Placement & Corporate Relations Office
The Training & Placement Cell at JSPM Campus acts as a bridge between students and industry by facilitating campus recruitment drives, internships, industrial visits, expert sessions, career counselling, and skill development programs. The cell focuses on enhancing employability through aptitude training, soft skills development, technical competency building, mock interviews, group discussion sessions, resume preparation workshops, and industry-oriented certification programs.
The department maintains strong relationships with leading industries and organisations to create placement and internship opportunities for students. Regular interactions with industry experts help students understand current market expectations and emerging career opportunities.
The Training & Placement Cell is committed to preparing students for successful professional careers by developing technical expertise, communication skills, leadership qualities, and professional ethics — ensuring they are industry-ready and capable of contributing effectively to the workforce.

To centrally coordinate training, industry engagement, internships and campus recruitment across all JSPM institutions — creating a structured, transparent and scalable career ecosystem that serves students, institutions and recruiters alike.
Key Objectives
- Enhance employability of students across all JSPM institutions
- Facilitate structured campus recruitment drives and job fairs
- Build and maintain strong industry relationships and MoUs
- Organise internship programmes with leading companies
- Conduct regular expert sessions and industrial visits
- Provide holistic career counselling and guidance
- Track and report placement data transparently
Role of Central T&P Office
- Coordinate T&P activities centrally across all 7+ JSPM institutions
- Act as the single point of contact for recruiters and HR departments
- Design and deliver employability and skill development programmes
- Facilitate internship placements and industry project collaborations
- Organise and host campus recruitment drives
- Maintain relationships with corporate partners and MoU institutions
- Support institute-level T&P coordinators with resources and guidance
This is the first year of JSPM's centralised Training, Placement & Corporate Relations initiative. The office is being structured, processes are being established, and data is being compiled. Information will be updated progressively throughout the academic year 2026–27.
